Contact Form

The contact form was a project in and of itself. I have read that the contact form is proof that a web designer has arrived. A good contact form requires the ability to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (or some other backend server language), and even MySQL. Here is all the code I developed while bringing it to completion. Sadly, I had to take my Contact page down due spam in my email inbox.
